Digital cable requires a digital converter for your TV. Pricing includes one (1) digital converter box unless otherwise indicated. Additional converter boxes are available for an additional fee. Important Notice Regarding Equipment Orders

All items ship via UPS Ground and your credit card will be charged for the total amount upon shipment. You will receive and e-mail receipt of this purchase and your credit card will be charged by Broadband National, for the HARDWARE ONLY. You will be billed by the high speed service provider for your monthly fees associated with having high-speed Internet access. Shipping charges are non refundable and call tags will not be issued. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. A 20% restocking charge will be applied to all opened merchandise that is returned. A $5 per item restocking charge may apply to all returned/cancelled order merchandise that has already shipped to the receiver. Broadband National will not be responsible for orders that have been delivered by UPS but have not been received by customer. Damaged merchandise may be exchanged for an exchange or refund
